I started Intensiti to rid the excuse of “I don’t have time to workout”. You do. You can make it happen and I can help you.
Fitness is my passion, I want the world to be a fitter place and to do that, I want to help as many people as possible. This also means helping to build quality fitness educators who have the same passion and desire. This is why I speak.

In Fitness, prescribing workouts starts with the F.I.T.T. V.P. Principle.
Frequency - days per week
Intensity - perceived “toughness” of the exercise/workout
Time - amount of exercise prescribed per day
Type - specific exercise
Volume - amount of exercise work per week
Pattern and Progression - sessions and improvements
To me, intensity is one of the most important coaching aspects here. Everything here can be prescribed, but the intensity is how hard you push yourself and what will make or break the session. Hence, the name Intensiti. How hard will you challenge yourself? What doesn’t challenge you, won’t change you. I can help guide you to the perfect intensity for your workout to prevent injury and burnout.

"Your Vibe Attracts your Tribe” I believe that intensity is a very important aspect in speaking. The definition of “intense” is “having or showing strong feelings”. I am very passionate about the topics I speak about, this is why I have created and specified the topics I will speak about very carefully. I am always creating new content, but what sets me aside from the rest is my hands-on activities, relating to the audience, and powerful energy that truly shows my passion.
I understand there are many different ways of learning, hence, in my presentations, I have several different methods of presenting materials. You can expect visuals, hands-on activities, vocal variety and lots and lots of enthusiasm!
